Like the with quality of our products, at Sweet Enough we aim to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service. Our office is open from 9.00am-5.00pm Aust EST, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). An answering service is operational after hours for any queries or you can contact us via email at - sales@sweetenough.com.au

When will my order be filled?

If orders are placed by 2.00pm EST they will be picked and despatched for overnight delivery to most capital city and major regional centres. Other country destinations will take 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that we may reserve the right to delay the dispatch on Friday so that chocolates are not stored by our transport providers in non temperature controlled environments.

Delivery Charges:

We have endeavoured to simplify and minimise our transport fees. We currently offer a flat $9.00 fee Australia wide. Warm weather packaging, polystyrene coolers and frozen gel-packs, is available if required. Delivery to other countries is at the standard Australia Post rate for International Postage dependent on country area and weight of consignment.

How do I order?

The principal way to order is via the internet. However, for those people who do not have access to the web you can order by phone, post or by fax. Just contact us on (03) 9330 3044 and we will send out an order form and brochure.
